Dr. Nick Baker

Hello, I’m Nick Baker, an adult psychiatrist who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and trauma as well as other mental-health disorders. I approach psychiatry with a patient-centered philosophy, valuing the unique nature of each individual beyond their diagnosis. Using a combination of medications and psychotherapy, I hope to relieve people of the burden of mental illness and empower them to make choices aligned with their values and aspirations. I recognize that medications are not always the solution, and are best used as tools to help patients meaningfully engage in their lives. 

My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, followed by a Medical Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine. I then furthered my training through Psychiatry Residency at the University of Utah.
