Pay Your Bill
Bills can be paid in on of the the following ways:
- Mailing a check written to “SMILE Psychiatry” to: 138 E 12300 S, Unit 328, Draper, UT 84020
- Calling 385-442-6112 and providing payment over the phone
- Logging into your patient portal account – see button below
